The recovery certificate has already been issued as observed by us in the earlier order. Today, affidavit of Mr. Sandeep Shinde, Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Society dated 22 April 2025 is placed on record who has stated in paragraph 7 of the affidavit that the office of the District Collector would now be taking steps as contemplated under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 ("MLRC" for short) to execute the recovery certificate. This indicates that it is now for the Collector to now take action to undertake recovery under the recovery certificate. The Collector shall take steps as expeditiously as possible and recover the amount which be informed to the Court on the adjourned date of hearing. 2.

Accordingly, stand over to 5 May 2025 High on Board for 'Compliance'.
