In the light of the observations made in order dated 8th May 2025 passed by this Court, learned AGP makes a specific statement that today an order has been passed suspending the concerned Tehsildar and that departmental enquiry is proposed against him under the provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1981.
