The present petition seeks direction from this Court to consider the change in the posting of the petitioner on any available vacancy as per the guidelines. The petitioner also challenges the transfer order dated 21.08.2025 issued by the respondents. During the hearing, it has transpired that the present petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 26.08.2025 and 11.09.2025 to the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad requesting the authorities to consider her change in the posting from village Naigavhan to any other suitable place wherever the vacancies are available.

Learned advocate appearing for respondents No.3 and 4 submits that the application/representation of the petitioner will be considered

We direct respondents No.3 and 4 to decide the application/representation made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
