The matter is moved by the Court Receiver, as the Petitioner has intimated that the Petitioner is not in a position to deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- which are initial charges required to be deposited with the Court Receiver.

Mr. Kalekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that as the Petitioner is suffering from severe financial constraints, an amount of Rs.10,000/- will be deposited with the Court Receiver. 3.

Accordingly, at this stage the Court Receiver shall not insist deposit of Rs.50,000/-. The Petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- with the Court Receiver by Friday i.e. 28th February 2025. 4.

The Court Receiver to take further steps in accordance with Order dated 18th February 2025.
