The matter is moved for Speaking to Minutes of order dated 17th April 2025.

It is the contention of learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the cost imposed is only Rs.15,000/- and not Rs.50,000/-. However, the said submission is incorrect. In fact, the cost imposed is Rs.50,000/-.

Accordingly, it is not necessary to modify the order dated 17th April 2025.
