Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.6 Management to forward the proposal to Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon for grant of benefits of trained Graduates Scale and after receipt of proposal respondent Nos.4 and 5 to decide the proposal within stipulated period.
