The above matter has been moved seeking certain amendments to the Writ Petition. The amendments are necessitated due to certain subsequent developments that have taken place after the filing of the Writ Petition. The draft amendments which are tendered to the Court are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Considering that the amendments are sought to bring on record certain subsequent developments and also considering that this is an MARCH 18, 2025 Aswale
6.wp.2127.25.doc amendment at the pre-admission stage, we do not find any impediment in allowing the Petitioner to amend the Writ Petition. 3.
In these circumstances, the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Writ Petition in terms of the draft handed in. Amendments shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on the Respondents immediately thereafter. 4.
We are informed that a reply has already been filed to the above Writ Petition. If the Respondents want to file any additional affidavit in reply, they may do so within a period of two weeks from the date of service of the amended Petition on the concerned Respondents. 5.
