We have heard Mr. Ravi Kadam, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. A.I. Patel, learned Add. G.P. for Respondent No.1-State on the present proceedings.

To enable the petitioner to place on record an additional affidavit in regard to the petitioner's contention that it has stopped manufacturing both the products namely "Dabur Meswak Toothpaste" and "Dabur Herb'l Anti-Bacterial Toothpaste Tulsi" under the label/brand as objected by the respondent.
