This Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions to the Petitioner:- a) The Petitioner shall cooperate with the Committee and would refrain from seeking adjournments.

c) Written notice of submissions in response to the notice of hearing on the vigilance cell, is permitted.

d) Let the Committee decide the claim of the Petitioner on its own merits by 10th June, 2025.
