It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that Contempt Petition No. 373 of 2025 is wrongly listed with the present Writ Petition.

The Office is directed to de-tag Contempt Petition No. 373 of 2025.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not have any objection to make payment of the maintenance as 03rd July 2025 R.V.Patil

11 WP.2147.2025 corrected.doc directed by the Family Court No. 2, Pune, in the impugned order but the Respondent - wife is not granting him access to the child, in spite of the order passed by the Family Court to that effect. Hence, he is left with no other alternative but to approach this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also seeks time to take instructions whether the amount as directed by the Family Court is being paid regularly, and whether there are any arrears pending. In order to enable the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to take instructions, stand over to 22nd July 2025.
