The Petitioner quit employment with Respondent No.4 School on 18th September, 2011, after serving for 10 years. She joined Respondent No.5 School on 19th September, 2011 without any gap. She has prayed to Respondent No.2 for Continuation Service Certificate. Respondent No.2 desires that some documents should be tendered by Respondent No.3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off Nikita

918-wp-2158-2025.odt with a direction to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to coordinate with each other and ensure that the relevant documents are supplied, and if there is no other legal impediment, keeping in view that the Petitioner has quit employment with Respondent No.4 on 18th September, 2011 and joined Respondent No.5 on 19th September, 2011 (wrongly typed as 2018 in the synopsis), the Certificate may be issued, expeditiously. Let such decision be arrived at within 60 days from today.
