The learned Counsel for the Petitioners further submits that the trial court has granted ex parte injunction by an order dated 21st August 2023.

The Application, on which the impugned order has been passed, by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.02.20 11:16:37 +0530 was, according to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, actuated by a design to delay the disposal of the Application for temporary injunction. Therefore, the learned Counsel submits that the trial court be directed 1/2

Since the trial court has granted ex parte injunction, the prayer for expeditious hearing of the Application for temporary injunction appears justifiable.

Petition stands dismissed as not pressed.

The learned Civil Jude seized with RCS No 374 of 2023 is requested to hear and decide the Application for temporary injunction (Exhibit "5") as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from date of filing of the report by the Court Commissioner.
