The Petitioner's biological father Babasaheb and his biological brother Kishor, relied on a validity certificate issued to Nikita

922-wp-2194-2025.odt their cousin brother Tatyaba son of Rambhau. Rambhau is the biological brother of Baburao, who is the father or Babasaheb and Kishor. Tatyaba is said to have relied upon a validity certificate of a close relative from the maternal side. We are amazed as to how the Committee, while granting a validity certificate to Kishor and Babasaheb, could not notice this aspect which they have now noticed in the case of Gaurav, son of Babasaheb (Petitioner). 4.

List this Writ Petition on 7th April, 2025 in the fresh admissions category. The learned AGP would keep the entire record pertaining to Tatyaba's validity available, for the perusal of the Court.
