The present petition is filed seeking declaration that the Petitioner, being the successor of the freedom fighter, is entitled to get the benefits including monetary as well as service benefits pursuant to the Government Resolutions and Circulars issued by the Respondents/authorities from time to time and to direct Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to decide the representations of the Petitioner. 2.

Learned AGP has placed on record communication dated 19.12.2025 issued to the Petitioner by the Tahsildar, Collector Office, Ahilyanagar, thereby informing that the representations dated

- 2 - wp2194.26.odt 03.09.2025 and 06.10.2025 are rejected. Copy of the said letter is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X'.

In view of this letter (Exhibit 'X') the petition becomes infructuous and stands disposed. The Petitioner is at liberty to take any other legal remedy, if available.
