In addition to the Court Notice, learned counsel for the Petitioner to serve the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 by private notice and file an affidavit of service before the next date. 7.
Stand over to 19th June 2025 on the Supplementary Board. On the said date, we request a Senior Representative from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, New Delhi to appear before us through VC. A senior responsible officer deputed by the Commissioner of PwD, State of Maharashtra to remain present in person.

Needless to state that, a copy of the Petition to be furnished on all the officers, so as to enable them to go through the same.
