Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.6-GST Council seeks time. He states that an appropriate decision will have to be taken in the GST Council Meeting. 2.

We trust and hope that the GST Council will consider the Gaikwad RD 1/2

906-wp-2212-2025.doc case of the Petitioner and similarly placed persons with empathy and will take a decision on humanitarian grounds. 3.

The aforesaid Writ Petition be tagged along with Writ Petition filed on the Original Side of this Court, i.e., Writ Petition No.1228 of 2024.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the GST Council to also take instructions and place the aforesaid Petition before the concerned Authority to enable them to take appropriate steps. 5.

Considering that the Petitioner's wife is seven months pregnant and the Petitioner is fully blind and in need of the vehicle, we request the GST Council to consider taking an appropriate decision at the earliest.

Stand over to 15th July 2025. To be placed on the supplementary board.
