Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - Tahsildar, Shrigonda, Dist. Ahmednagar to decide correction application bearing RTS No.1440 of 2023 filed by petitioner pending before him since 07.07.2023 within stipulated period.

Learned AGP, who appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2, tenders a communication dated 26.02.2026, wherein it is stated that respondent No.2 is taking caution to decide RTS No.1440 of 2023 within a period of three

WP_2222_2026 months. The said communication dated 26.02.2026 is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'X'.

In view of letter dated 26.02.2026 the petition stands disposed of. We direct respondent No.2 to decide correction application bearing RTS No.1440 of 2023 filed by petitioner within a period of two months from today.
