By the impugned order, the revisional authority has refused to entertain the revision application on the ground of noncompliance of Section 154-2A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Unless the petitioner complies with Section 154-2A of the MCS Act, the revision authority has rightly declined to entertain the revision. However, it shall be open for the petitioner to comply with Section 154-2A of the MCS Act, and then apply for decision on the revision on its own merits.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
