The application filed by the Petitioner-Wife for interim maintenance is pending for more than five years. The Learned Family Court shall endeavour to decide the application filed by the Petitioner-Wife for interim maintenance within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Needless to mention that the learned Family Court shall decide the application on it's own merit and the observations made in the impugned order shall not be considered.
