The Petitioner has superannuated on 31st August, 2023, as a Senior Clerk from the Corporation. Her payment of pension has yet not started, only on the ground that some Clerk has misplaced her service book.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 26th March, 2025. Considering the conspectus of the matter, this Petition would appear in the fresh admissions category. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. SUNNY THOTE

Let the affidavit in reply be filed, at least ten days, prior to the returnable date.

We direct the Corporation to ensure that until the returnable date, the payment of provisional pension to the Petitioner shall be commenced and if there is no legal impediment, the gratuity amount along with 12% interest for delayed payment, would also be paid to the Petitioner, prior to the returnable date. 5.
