DATE : 24th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- 1.

The Petitioner's claim of belonging to the 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe category, is pending since 2011. The said Petitioner is now 30 years of age. He was 16 years old when the proposal was tendered. He has completed his B.A. and is exploring the possibility of pursuing further education or seek employment. He, therefore, prays for an early decision in the pending claim considering the passage of 14 years. His father's claim was invalidated and under the order of this Court, the proceeding was remitted to the Committee. The said matter is also being considered by the same Committee and he is called upon by the Committee to remain present on 6th March, 2025.
