The Petitioner's claim of belonging to the 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe, has been invalidated. Though the Petitioner had sought circulation in this matter, his Employer, Respondent No.3 has terminated him without a notice of hearing on 14th February, 2025 at 5.15 p.m.

The proposed amendment is ready. Since this matter is at a pre-notice stage, we permit the Petitioner to amend the Petition forthwith.

Issue notice to the Respondents, after the amendment is carried out, returnable on 13th March, 2025, to be listed in the fresh Gauri Gaekwad

26.WP-2248-2025.odt admissions category. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Limaye, the learned Advocate, also waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.3.

Let the affidavits in reply be filed, at least, one week prior to the returnable date.
