Present petition filed by the petitioner is for directions to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to secure physical possession of the secured property and hand over the same to the petitioner Bank. In pursuance of the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already submitted the application to the District Magistrate seeking execution of the order passed under Section 14 in accordance with the judgment passed by this Court in Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited v. The State of Maharashtra and Others in Writ Petition No. 71 of 2026, decided on 06.01.2026. He therefore, prays for dismissal of the petition in accordance with the aforesaid statement. 927-WP-2332-2026.odt
