Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 15 January 2025, whereby the application preferred by the Petitioners-Defendants to frame an additional issue as to the tenability of the suit in respect of the three different premises, came to be rejected.

There is, prima facie, no dispute about the jural relationship between the parties. The learned Civil Judge committed no error in rejecting the application for recast of issues.

The Writ Petition, thus, stands dismissed.
