Considering the order that we intend to pass, we are not getting into the debate between the Petitioner and the Committee, on the ground of whether necessary documents were tendered by the Petitioner or not. The Petitioner is very confident that all the documents are tendered and the Committee is equally confident that none of the documents were tendered.

We give a quietus to the above issue by passing the following order :

a) The Writ Petition is partly allowed ;

b) The impugned order dated 15th September, 2021 purportedly served upon the Petitioner on 9th January, 2025, is quashed and set aside;

c) The Petitioner is at liberty to tender physical copies of such documents on which she desires to place reliance, to the Committee, within a period of 30 days from today;

d) The documents issued either be certified copies by a Gazetted Officer or in original;

e) The Committee would give an acknowledgment to the Petitioner who shall prepare an index along with the description of the documents and pagination; f) The Petitioner is at liberty to tender the validity certificates of his biological father and biological sister as well as the biological brother;

For easy correspondence, the Committee would enter into correspondence with the Petitioner on the email address. 4.

Since the Petitioner is an eighteen year old girl, who aspires to seek admission to a professional course, we would appreciate if the Committee decides the said proposal, on or before 15th July, 2025.
