The petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune to expeditiously consider and decide the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act of 2002. It is urged that the aforesaid application was filed on 26th March 2024, however the same has not yet been decided till date. It is informed that the next date of the proceedings is 27th February 2025. 2.

It is expected that in accordance with the time schedule indicated in Section 14 of the Act of 2002, the application would be decided in accordance with law.
