It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the demand towards non-agricultural charges assessment in the matter of seeking benefit under the policy of the State Government pertaining to Non-Conventional Creation of Energy - 2020 is the subject matter of consideration in various writ petitions before the Aurangabad Bench as well as the Nagpur Bench. The Tahsildar Sakri and Ors.) dated 4 th February 2025, (iii) Writ Petition No.1653 of 2025 (M/s. Juniper Green Field Pvt. Ltd. Vs. The Talathi Ruikhede and Ors.) dated 5th February 2025 (iv) Writ Petition No.2089 of 2025 (MS Nisagra Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. Vs. The Tahsildar, Jalgaon and Ors.) dated 12th February 2025 & (v) Writ Petition No.2102 of 2025 (MS Nisarga Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. Vs. The Talathi, Vaindane and Ors.) dated 12th February 2025 at the Aurangabad Bench and Writ Petition No.759 of 2025 (M/s. Juniper Green Field Pvt. Ltd. Vs. The Talathi, Vivra and Ors.) dated 12th February 2025 at the Nagpur Bench. While issuing notice in the writ petitions, coercive action has been restricted.

Accordingly issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17th March 2025. The learned 'B' Panel Counsel waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 6 in both the petitions. Respondent no.7 be duly served. 3.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken pursuant to the impugned demand notice.
