The aforesaid petition was disposed of vide order dated 20th February 2025.

Learned A.G.P has tendered a medical report with respect to the condition of the child. The said report is dated 30th April 2025. From the said report, it appears that the child has recovered from the initial illness and has been sent for adoption SQ Pathan 1/2

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition disposed of accordingly.
