Pursuant to our order dated 26th February, 2025, learned AGP has tendered a report dated 3rd March, 2025. The said report issued by the J.J. Hospital, Mumbai, is taken on record. 2.

From a perusal of the said report, it appears that the patient has undergone counselling sessions i.e. psychiatric as well as Wakodikar 1/2

904-WP-2366-2025.doc academic and educational counselling. It is stated in the report that 'the patient is recovering and recuperating well and is now physically and mentally fit for discharge'.

Considering the said report, it is open for the Doctors to discharge the patient.

As far as the child is concerned, it appears that the child continues to be in the NICU.

Learned AGP, to further place on record, a report regarding the medical condition of the child, on the next date. 5.

Stand over to 20th March, 2025. To be placed on the Supplementary Board.
