In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 12th December 2024 passed by the Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation, by which the petitioner has been blacklisted from participating in any tender for indefinite period on account of violation of the conditions of contract and for non-payment of rent to the Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 6th March 2025. Hamdast allowed.
