Since undisputedly the term of Managing Committee is over, the order of appointment of the Administrator need not be interfered with. However, the Administrator is under obligation to initiate process for holding election of society within four weeks from today.

On such representation being made to the State Election Commission Authority, the said Authority shall forthwith appoint an Election Officer and shall conduct election in relation to the society of Petitioners as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Since the Administrator is appointed only to oversee and supervise election of the society, the Administrator shall not take any major policy decision except day to day decisions, which are necessary to run day to day affairs of the society.

With this clarification, the Petition stands disposed of. 5.
