A praecipe has been filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 9th May, 2025 passed by this Court (Coram: A.S. Chandurkar and Dr. Neela Gokhale, JJ.). In view of the elevation of Hon'ble Shri Justice A.S. Chandurkar, the petition is now placed before us (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere and Dr. Neela Gokhale, JJ.).

Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent Wakodikar 1/2

902-wp-2388-2025.doc No.1 agree that inadvertently in para 3 of the order dated 9th May, 2025, the amount has been incorrectly mentioned as 'Rs.16,85,000/-' instead of 'Rs.55,40,000/-'.

The order dated 9th May, 2025 shall accordingly stand corrected to reflect the correct amount. However, the original order cannot be physically modified in view of the elevation of Justice A.S. Chandurkar.

Rest of the order to remain as it is.
