We are surprised to note that when in view of our order dated 18.03.2026, the learned Registrar (Judicial) has sent a letter for calling the remarks from Respondent No.3 through post, the said packet has been returned unserved with a remark "No such person in the address". We therefore, direct the learned Registrar to make communication through E-mail to Respondent No.3 and get the report as directed in our order dated 18.03.2026. Such report to reach this Court on or before 24.04.2026.
