In view of our order dated 18.03.2026, we have received the report from the Joint Charity Commissioner-2, Nashik region, Nashik. Progress report in respect of a cases has been given and it is reported that considering that the parties are yet to appear and pendency of the old matters and other urgent matters before him, he would require minimum eight months for the final decision of the trust appeal nos.11 of 2019, 32 of 2023, 48 of 2024, 49 of 2024 and 5 of 2025.

In view of the said report, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the learned Joint Charity Commissioner-2, Nashik region Nashik to decide the above said appeals as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year fro today.
