Heard learned advocates appearing for respective parties. 2.

On instructions, learned advocates submit that parties are ready to explore possibility of settlement through expert mediation. In that view of matter, learned advocates also suggest name of Senior Advocate Mr. S.K. Kadam to act as Mediator. In that view of matter, the parties are relegated to mediation. Advocate Mr. Kadam is requested to mediate between the parties and take as much as meetings of mediation and submit the report of such mediation within a period of eight weeks from today. Parties to appear before Mediator on 04.08.2025.

The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards travelling and incidental expenses for purpose of attending mediation. The amount shall be paid to respondent/wife on 04.08.2025 on the date of appearance before Mediator.
