From report we find that the petitioner has not supplied copies of the petition for service of notice upon respondent Nos.5 to 15. Learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the copies of the petition for service of notice will be supplied in the course of this week. 3.
It is made clear that if the copies are not supplied, interim stay which is running since 21.02.2025 will stand vacated without reference to this Court. In case, the copies are supplied, issue notice in terms of the earlier order. The notice is made returnable on 20.08.2025. 4.
