The challenge raised in this Writ Petition is to the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the Act of 2002') dated 24.09.2024.

It is seen that the Petitioner has already approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal by filing Securitisation Application No. 454 of 2024 under Section 17 of the Act of 2002. The next date of the proceedings is 24.02.2025.

In view of the aforesaid coupled with the fact that on two earlier occasions, the Petitioner had approached this Court raising challenge to the order dated 24.09.2024 in Writ Petition Nos. 13802 of 2024 and Sneha Chavan 1/2

By keeping all points open, the Writ Petition is disposed of as not entertained.
