Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 1st February, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Pune whereby an order of status-quo granted by the Court on 18th January, 2024 was vacated. 3.

From the perusal of the impugned order, it becomes evident that the Court was constrained to vacate the status-quo order as the plaintiffs were not ready to advance arguments on temporary injunction application (Exh.5). In this view of the matter, there is no propriety in entertaining the petition.

The Court is informed that the application for temporary injunction (Exh.5) is listed before the trial Court on 13th March, 2025.

The petitioners shall appear before the trial Court and argue the application for temporary injunction on 13th March, 2025. 6.

In the event, the petitioners appear before the Court on 13th March, 2025, the trial Court is requested to hear and decide the application on its own merit and in accordance with law, expeditiously.

Petition disposed.
