1) Heard Mr. Palsuledesai, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

2) Mr. Palsuledesai would submit that the initial transfer order on lower post of Upper Division Clerk (Accounts) from Igatpuri Sub-Division under the Nasik Rural Division to the Parner SubDivision effected on 3 September 2019 had infact become infructuous on account of subsequent promotion of the Petitioner on 22 August 2019 to the post of Assistant Accountant and is posting at Malegaon. It appears that this aspect of subsequent promotion of the Respondent has not been noticed by the Industrial Court. It is in the light of the above submission made by Mr. Palsuledesai, issue notice to Respondent returnable on 7 April 2025.
