Learned AGP on instructions submits that due to some pending proceedings the order could not be executed. It is submitted that now as there are no impediments, the steps would be taken to execute the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The steps for taking possession be taken expeditiously and in any case within a period of eight weeks from today.

For the purpose of execution, if needed, the concerned police station shall provide the police protection. The Petitioner is willing to pay necessary charges. 5.

Learned AGP to communicate this order to the concerned Respondents.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
