ORDER :

The Writ Petition has been placed under the caption for compliance. By Order dated 14th July, 2025, this Court had directed the Respondent-State to take requisite steps for taking possession KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date of said by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.09.09 11:37:51 +0530 order. The period of eight weeks has expired and steps have not been taken.

The learned AGP representing the Respondents-State has submitted that due to the Ganesh Visarjan, police protection was not received for taking possession. He has submitted that the date of 25th September, 2025 has been fixed for taking possession of the subject property in compliance with the order of this Court. 3.

The learned AGP for Respondent-State further submits that notice had been given for taking possession on 4th September, 2025 but which could not be taken as aforementioned. He states on instructions that fresh notice will be given by the Respondent-State for taking physical possession of the subject property on 25th September, 2025.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition shall be placed on 29th September, 2025 for compliance.
