1] In these writ petitions the only request made on behalf of the petitioner is to decide the proceedings filed under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 expeditiously in view of the fact that the said proceedings were filed in February, 2022 and the same have not yet been decided.
