It appears that the Registrar has passed order of appointment of the Administrator on 23rd December 2024. However, the record indicates that first such order was passed on 7th July 2023. 2.

The purpose of appointment of the Administrator is to hold election. Hence, the Administrator shall forthwith initiate process of holding election.

Compliance of this order shall be reported to this Court within two weeks from today.

Stand over to 10th March 2025.
