Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.
An arguable question as to the quantum of the amount directed to be deposited by way of occupation charges for the unlawful occupation of the suit premises, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to the Respondents for final disposal, returnable on 8 April 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the Petitioners are at liberty to serve SSP 1/2

In the meanwhile, there shall be stay to the execution of the decree and operation and implementation of the conditions (A) to (D) of the impugned order, subject to the Petitioners/Appellants depositing 50% of the aggregate amount of compensation directed to be paid under condition (A), on or before 29 March 2025.
