Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Facts giving rise to filing of the writ petition, in nutshell, are that an e-tender notice dated 23rd September 2024 was issued inviting bid to provide 1194 helpers to the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) for a period of three years, i.e. from 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2028. The technical bid submitted by the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner lacks the requisite experience. 3.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby provided that any action taken during the pendency of the writ petition shall be subject to outcome of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time to enable him to prepare short synopsis and produce the same on or before the next date of hearing. 5.
