In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners, inter-alia, have assailed the validity of ad-interim order dated 28th January 2025, passed by the Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court, Mumbai, by which the Cooperative Appellate Court has permitted re-examination of the Bank's witness.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 28th January 2025 in Appeal, if occasion so arises. 3.
