By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending before the respondent - Scrutiny Committee since 11.08.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry has been conducted and the report has also been submitted to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner has already filed his reply to the said vigilance cell

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today.
