1.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners suffer from disability as indicated in the Disability Certificates dated 15th January 2025 issued by the District General Hospital, Solapur. While filling-in their application forms for seeking admission in CAP ROUND-3 for State NEET-PG-2024, their category was indicated as "Open" and they claimed to be the persons with disability (PWD). On the ground that the petitioners' disability had not been verified at a specified center, they have not been permitted to seek admission. 2.
It is seen from the list of centers that undertook verification of disability, the respondent no.3 - Grant Government Medical College is one such center. Before proceeding further in the matter, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to have their disability verified at the respondent no.3-Center in the context of the Disability Certificates issued to them. We note that according to the learned counsel for respondent no.1, CAP ROUND - 3 has come to an end on 19th February 2025. 3.
Put up for further consideration on 24th February 2025 after urgent matters.
