Heard Mr. Prasannan Namboodiri for the Petitioner, Ms. Ruju Thakkar for Respondent No. 4, and Ms. Niyati Mankar for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Mr. Prasannan Namboodiri fairly points out that reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), and (c) have already been worked out, and the Petitioner is already placed in possession of the suit premises which are the subject matter of this Petition.

Insofar as prayer clause (d) is concerned, Mr. Namboodiri, on instructions, states that the Petitioner will not pursue this relief in this Petition, but liberty may be granted to the Petitioner to file appropriate civil proceedings for recovery of the license fees along with interest.

Accordingly, we dispose of this Petition by granting the Petitioner liberty in the above terms. All contentions of all parties are, however, left open.
