Mr. Girish Godbole, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to raise challenge to the impugned Order in the Appeal, if required to be filed by the present Petitioner or to raise the contention raised in the Application bearing Exhibit - 237 in RAE Suit No.332 of 2017 in the Appeal which may be required to be filed by the Respondent, as the impugned Order is an interlocutory order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn, subject to above.
